Rate: USD 30 per trip (1–3 passengers) Payment is made directly to the driver. Rates, Taxes & Charges Published rates may or may not include taxes depending on the booking platform or selected rate plan. Applicable charges: * 15% VAT (Ecuadorian residents only, according to Ecuadorian law) * 10% service charge * USD 1.50 city tax per room / per night International travelers exempt from VAT may be asked to present: * Passport * Andean Migration Card or equivalent entry documentation Reservation Policies Reservations are confirmed once availability and payment conditions are accepted. Casa San Marcos reserves the right to cancel or modify reservations in cases including, but not limited to: * Invalid payment methods * Fraud prevention * Force majeure situations * Operational issues beyond reasonable control Special requests are subject to availability and cannot always be guaranteed. Cancellation & No-Show Policy Cancellation conditions depend on the selected reservation policy at the time of booking. In case of no-show or late cancellation, corresponding penalties may apply according to the confirmed rate conditions. Non-refundable reservations cannot be modified or canceled without penalty. Property & Guest Responsibility Guests are responsible for any damage caused to rooms, furniture, decoration, artworks, or hotel facilities during their stay. Smoking is prohibited inside rooms and interior spaces unless explicitly authorized. The hotel reserves the right to refuse service or terminate a stay in situations involving: * Aggressive behavior * Illegal activities * Excessive noise * Damage to the property * Violation of hotel policies Privacy & Data Protection Personal information shared with Casa San Marcos is used exclusively for reservation management, operational coordination, guest communication, and legal obligations.
