By confirming a reservation, checking in, or accepting any of our rates, the guest declares to have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions.
1. Reservations All reservations must be made through official channels. Confirmation by the hotel implies that the reservation is guaranteed. The hotel may require: Advance payment Credit card as guarantee
2. Rates, Payments, and Taxes Rates may vary depending on season and availability. Values are subject to: 15% VAT (Ecuadorians only) 10% service USD 1.50 per night per room (City Tax) Additional consumptions not included will be billed to the guest.
3. Cancellation Policy Cancellations with less than 7 days: 100% of the total No show: 100% of the total reservation
4. Check-in / Check-out Check-in: from 14:00 Check-out: until 12:00 Subject to availability and without additional charge: Early check-in Late check-out
5. Check-in Conditions Upon arrival, the guest must: Present valid identity document or passport Sign the registration form Present credit card as guarantee The hotel may: Request additional deposit Deny admission in case of false information or inappropriate behavior
6. Children Policy Children under 6 years old: free of charge (max. 2 per room) Over 12 years old: considered adults
7. Use of Facilities The guest agrees to: Respect coexistence rules Avoid excessive noise Care for the hotel’s property Non-compliance may result in termination of stay without refund.
8. Liability The hotel is not responsible for: Loss of items outside safes Force majeure events
